At Lirosia, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review this Refund Policy carefully to understand when a return, refund, replacement, or cancellation may be available.
30-Day Return Policy (for Unopened Products)
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible unopened products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return of an unopened product, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and with all original seals intact.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, inserts, pouches, or protective materials included in the original shipment.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

If your unopened return is approved, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label. A flat return shipping and processing fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (for Opened Products)
Because supplements are personal-use products, opened products are generally not eligible for return for hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons.
However, if you are not satisfied after using the product consistently as directed for at least 14 days, you may request a refund under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, subject to the conditions below.
To qualify for the satisfaction guarantee:
- You must have used the product consistently as directed for at least 14 days.
- Your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- The guarantee applies only to your first order and is limited to one refund per household.
- A brief explanation of your experience or feedback may be requested to help us improve our products and service.
No physical return of the opened product is required.
If approved, the refund will be issued for the product price only. Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and similar fees are not refundable unless required by law.
Lirosia reserves the right to deny satisfaction-guarantee claims that do not meet these requirements or that appear abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this policy.
To request a refund under this guarantee, please email support@lirosia.com with your order number and a short explanation of your experience.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:
- the item arrives damaged
- the item is defective
- you received the wrong item
To help us evaluate the issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging where applicable.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before fulfillment only.
Once an order has been processed or fulfilled, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lirosia.com.
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law:
- Opened products, except where eligible under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee described above
- Items specifically marked as Final Sale
- Free gifts, promotional items, bonus items, and post-purchase add-ons
- Gift cards
- Custom, personalized, or special-order items
- Any item returned in used, opened, damaged, or altered condition not caused by us
If your original order included free items as part of a promotion, and you return the qualifying purchased item, we may require the free promotional item to also be returned in unused condition or deduct its value from the refund where permitted by law.
Final Sale Items
Any item clearly marked as Final Sale on the product page or at checkout is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your unopened product return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the item you want.
Shipping Fees, Duties, and Taxes
For approved refunds:
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and similar charges are non-refundable.
For unopened approved returns, any prepaid return label fee or return processing fee may be deducted from the refund as stated above.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, as required by applicable law.
To be eligible under this right, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused where applicable, and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
This statutory right applies only to the extent required by applicable law and does not limit any additional rights you may have under that law.
Refund Processing

If your return or refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
For unopened returned items, refunds are typically processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
For satisfaction-guarantee refunds on opened items, no return is required, and the refund will be processed once approved.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
